In Clairemont, we have turned an apartment into a home with a playful atmosphere that speaks to who we are as designers - kids at heart. The added bonus: everything in our home - from the mattress to the couch - is just days old and we are very clean and neat. So come kick it in this SoCal gem.
Our single floor apartment is on the second floor of a quiet, very safe gated apartment complex. Beyond the 1 BR/1 BA setup with a king size bed (and a queen air mattress if you need it), you and your family will have access to the pool, laundry services, and your own parking spot (Because who wants to parallel park in 2023?). There are additional parking spots on the street as well.
We are a single block away from the most important bus stop in the world -- the one that takes you straight to Pacific Beach :) We are also a 15-min WALK (that thing you do with your feet voluntarily) from a gigantic 24 Hour Fitness and a handful of shops including Target, 99 Ranch and H Mart, and Home Depot. Did we mention the best boba tea and burrito spots are just a walk away too? "Stawp it." I won't.
*Please note of our complex rules that we have no control over: 31-day minimum stay and only an individual or individuals who identify as a family are allowed to stay.
You will have access to everything we have to offer except for one locked room during your stay. This means you can use our brand new smart 55" TV, Peloton bike, electric vacuum, and so on. Yes, the yoga mat and workout videos are included.
