Studio apartment with own driveway and fenced off private patio! It’s a cozy peaceful nook with bamboo and a quiet serene place to take a nap. All new appliances, queen size bed, free washer dryer in unit, free detergent, free WiFi, remote controlled heat and A/C, stove , oven, full bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen. Centrally located and close to everything! Only 15-20 minutes to the beaches and downtown San Diego. There are many great restaurants, shopping , and attractions very close by.
The space
This is a multi unit property and the owner / property manager lives on site in another unit. There is no need to interact with the property manager in order to check in and out, but if there are any questions/ concerns, the property manager is more than happy to assist and help in any way :). The floor chair folds out into a single bed that is 6 ft long. The patio area is great because it’s a fully private place to lounge out in the sun and have the pretty bamboo next to you.

This is an entire studio apartment all to yourself. The driveway is all yours as well as the fenced in patio with planted bamboo and some lounge chairs.
Other things to note
There is no cleaning / maid service so you are responsible for your own upkeep during the stay. There are cleaning materials under the sink in the bathroom that you are free to use . Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink . Detergent is above the microwave.
