Brand new cozy home with modern appliances and new landscaping. English style garden with plants , flowers, humming birds and butterflies! Free off-street parking for three cars in driveway. LG Washer/Dryer with detergent free to use! Fully equipped Kitchen, filtered water from the fridge, ice maker, remote control heat and air conditioning, Trash and recycling bins, Free WiFi, SmartTV, coffee and tea. Couch pulls out into double bed. No smoking or vaping allowed. Gated perimeter fence with dead bolt locks. La Mesa quiet hours are 10 pm - 7am. Must log into own streaming services. This is a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood and being respectful to the surrounding community is of upmost importance.
Guest access
The entire house , fenced in yard, and driveway is for your use. You will be given the access code for the keys. No interaction with the property manager necessary to check in and out.

During your stay there is no cleaning service available. You’re responsible for your own upkeep. There are cleaning materials under the kitchen sink for your use. You are responsible for taking out your own trash and recycling to the bins located in the driveway.
