Our "Freddie Mercury Africa" room is our most yoga-friendly space. You have the easiest access to our yoga deck, will enjoy the most natural light coming in, and will stay in our Freddie Mercury Africa-themed room with books about areas across the African continent - all places of great importance to the master himself.
Just outside the room is our common space -- full of children's toys, books, and board games.
Guests will have access to two floors. You will enter from our first-floor garage and take one set of steps up to your room. Our Prussian Prince room is on the first floor, separate from our Africa and Asia-themed rooms on the second floor, which are on the same floor as the bathroom, common room, deck, and our dorm-style kitchen with a mini-fridge, microwave, and kettle.
You may very likely have the whole place to yourself (and get the best deal in town!). If multiple parties book, some spaces may be shared, including the common room and bathroom, which separate both bedrooms on the second floor. For this reason, we have a security camera in the common room by request from past guests who want to be social, but secure. You may also book the whole house by choosing it's appropriate listing on my profile.

Naturally, most of our neighbors are very active cyclists, trail runners, and hikers who love their peace and quiet. If you're looking for a party, this isn't your cup of tea. If you want a quiet stay just outside the city, welcome to the woods!
We are a 5-minute drive to some of the nicest trails in Portland and 10 minutes away from its farms. Nike, Intel, and other corporate campuses are ~15 minutes away. Downtown Portland is just under 8 miles away!
