Groups over 25 years old only - Comfortably Sleeps 6 People. 1 Full size bed, 1 Full Over Twin Bunk Bed, 1 Sleeper Sofa. - Outdoor Shower - Gas Grill - Parking Pass - 4 Beach Badges - Linens Included - Central AC - Washer & Dryer - Beach Chairs and Cart We have an enclosed porch for sipping morning coffee with original 1920s windows, living room with pull out sofa, and a full size hidden dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked should you chose to stay in and cook or grill. We have a picnic table in the back along with a small seating area and outdoor shower for washing off the sand. First bedroom has a full-size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed. House is equipped with WiFi and TV with Amazon Firestick. On street parking is available. We provide guests with 1 parking pass allowing you to park at any metered spot not on Ocean Blvd. We also provide you with 4 beach passes, beach chairs, and a beach cart. Other things to note Your reservation is not finalized until the rental agreement provided to you is signed and returned within 24 hours.
