The Falls and many popular tourist sites are situated within easy walking distance. Built in 1893, The Copper Penny House vacation rental will satisfy the needs of today's family traveler with children. Located in a quiet and private setting surrounded by large shade trees with a view of a small and tranquil city park. There is a newly paved city walking trail located 200 feet from the house that leads directly to The Falls area. Sit on the wicker furniture on the front verandah and enjoy the beautifully landscaped front yard, it is a “home away from home”.
We offer nightly, weekly and monthly accommodations more competitive than hotel rates.
Guests can use the entire house and yard including the basement laundry room. This is not a shared house. The owner doesn't live on the property.
Please message us for early check in request. We will accommodate your request as much as we can but we usually won't know how early you can check in until it is close to your travel date. For check out time of 11am, we are unlikely to extend it because we often have guests arriving on the same day and we are set to start cleaning work around 11am or as soon as you check out. Please make sure you check out no later than 11am.
A few important house rules:
--No outdoor shoes inside the house. Shoe rack provided at the foyer.
--No smoking inside the house.
--No music playing outdoors at any time of the day. No outdoor activities after 10pm. Please keep your noise minimum in the yard at anytime of the day. We are in a very quiet residential neighborhood. This is a very important house rule.
--Please recycle and separate garbage. Containers provided.
--Leave the house the same condition as when you found it, including the air quality.
-- For sanitary reasons we don't treat very soiled items such as towels or linens. If the stains can't be washed off, we will have to charge you for replacing those items. You can use the laundry facility in the house to treat any stains you left.

Parking available in the driveway behind the red truck. 2 Parking space. Extra vehicle can park in front of the house but we encourage you to car pool so you can park all your vehicles in the driveway.
Walking distance to the bus station and train station. Walking distance to Niagara Falls WE-GO BUS stop ( WEGO bus takes you to all the major tourism attractions in Niagara Falls).
