The MAIN HOUSE is a beautiful French-inspired family home on 3 levels with double volume entrance and living spaces. The home. As you enter the home you are greeted by the breathtaking views over the Constantia Valley through an arched panel of glass doors.
The ground level of the home comprises a large kitchen / living area, a dining room with a table that seats 12 people and a spacious lounge. Each room leads out to a covered patio area that is perfect for summer entertaining and dining. The kitchen is equipped with all mod-cons - a gas oven, stove, fridges & freezers, coffee machine and a laundry area with washer and dryer.
A grand wooden staircase leads you upstairs to 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed as well as a living area with TV. Large double doors lead out from the main bedroom onto a private patio. The main bedroom is adjoined by a second bedroom that can be configured as a work area / office or bedroom depending on your group size. The third bedroom has a double bed and private patio with ensuite bathroom with shower and the fourth bedroom has a double bed with ensuite bathroom with bath. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level of the house and has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom and shower. This bedroom leads directly out onto the swimming pool area. A small wine cellar is also located on the lower level.
The GUEST HOUSE is bright and spacious, with high trussed ceilings and a contemporary open plan living and dining area. A sheer panel of sliding doors across the living area gives way to a vast patio and entertainment space.
The house comprises 3 bright and spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are structured as family rooms - with queen beds on the lower level and adjoining lofts with double beds that are suitable for children from age 4 up and for teens. The 3rd bedroom is a stand alone room with a queen bed. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house. The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, and is equipped with everything you might need for preparation and cooking. It includes a breakfast counter and stools, as well as a washer, dishwasher, fridge with water dispenser, microwave, stove and oven. A dining table for 8 people sits adjacent to the kitchen and the lounge has two comfortable couches and a TV.
Guests will be provided with a remote control to access the property at their convenience. There is ample parking space in a secure driveway.

Your quoted rate include an onsite caretaker / house manager who works from 8am to 5pm daily and lives on the property. The cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning prior to and after your visit. Should you require a full time cleaner/s or chef, we would be happy to assist with these arrangements.
