Home is equipped with speedy internet, complimentary Netflix access, washer/dryer, Smart Nest Thermostat, a fully stocked kitchen, and complimentary tea & coffee!

Please know that all Halliday Inn properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

- Late check-out fee is at $75/hour
- There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors
- No weapons, drugs, or firearms are allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to the police.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
