Welcome to Island Time!!! My place is 6 miles (9 KM) to Disney. Relax after a day at the theme parks or just hang out by the pool or in the BRAND NEW private hot tub. Located in the gated Encantada neighborhood with tons of restaurants and a water park nearby! The space is well suited for 4 but can accommodate up to 6. We recently updated all furniture, beds to match our "Island Time" vibe.
The space is 1150 sqft; 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Each bedroom has a private bathroom! 50 inch smart TV downstairs, 42 inch smart TV in the the master and a 32 inch smart TV in the double room. King Size bed in the master and two twin beds in the second bedroom. 2 huge couches are downstairs, one of which is a queen pullout.
The townhouse is ideal for your vacation, equipped with Wifi, All cable channels, Netflix, Disney, Hulu and ESPN streaming.
There is a Screened in Patio with a brand new private hot tub and outdoor seating to enjoy the view of the forest out back. There are no neighbors behind the unit!
The neighborhood is a tranquil, tropical setting with lake, walking trails and a catch and release pier (large mouth bass caught in January 2022)! The gated community has 24-hour security and free parking.
Enjoy the private hot tub out back, shared heated swimming pools and hot tubs, clubhouse with happy hour, gym and a private lake.

No more than 6 guests are allowed inside the home. Please treat my place like you own it.
