Upstairs, the expansive main bedroom suite features an oversized closet plus second closet and deluxe ensuite bath including soaking tub and dual vanity. The other three bedrooms upstairs are substantially sized with generous closets and share a central bathroom with a nice bathtub/shower combo.
The 5th bedroom is downstairs with a king size bed and a half bathrooom.
All bedrooms have blackout blinds so you can sleep in as long as you want!
The backyard is completely fenced in for the safety of children and pets.
You have access to the entire house, including an oversized two car garage with garage openers. Some use the garage for a mancave which also has a TV and firestick. There's a built in workbench and refrigerator. Others use it to park cars, it's up to you. There's a man door which leads to the side and back yard. The entire property is fenced so kids are safe to roam freely.
The neighborhood is predominately filled with young families. Kids ride bikes on the sidewalks throughout the day while the rest of their family walks the dogs. In the evening around dinner time the place becomes a ghost town, it's hard to believe. It goes from bustling sidewalks to peaceful quiet nights. Everyone here respects each other and if you do the same, you'll absolutely feel at home here!
As a friendly reminder, we do allow pets but they must be included in the registration because there is an additional fee for the time and effort it takes to make the house immaculate for our next guests. The cleanliness of our home for every new guest is our top priority.
