Enjoy the Private full size luxury hot tub, it has 2 loungers & 3 seats + water features ( hot tub is not shared) & patio dining. Inside is a one bedroom self contained Annex, with modern fitted Kitchen, Lounge/dining area, WIFI, bathroom with walk-in shower. Annex has a private entrance.
The space
Entrance is via a private passage way at the side of our property. The self catering garden flat/annexe is light and airy with access to private hot tub and outside dining area. (Dining area is weather permitting).
This is a very relaxing cosy Annex perfect for 2, for that special relaxing break. The hot tub & Patio/ Garden use is for guests of the annex only, it is not shared.
Guest access
Guest have access to the annex & private hot tub & patio dining (weather permitting) area.

A warm welcome awaits our guests. We are very approachable and will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Our garden flat/Annexe is a single story building at the rear of our property. We welcome up to two Dogs into our Property. ( No Puppies under 8 months) Dogs must not be left alone in property unless create trained. Unfortunately we do not accept another pets. No smoking inside the property. No BBQ in the garden. We use feather duvet & pillows, if you have an allergy please inform us before arrival .

We are within walking distance to Castle Point shopping centre & 2 Pubs & a short drive/cycle to Bournemouth's 7 miles of award wining sandy beaches & town centre.
