Seamallow offers a coastal contemporary styled one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Sleep on the luxurious soft/medium firm bed fitted with soft cotton pillows and luxury bedlinen. Make full use of the modern Google Clock which also plays trivia and music and charges your phone.
Enjoy the new work space desk with comfy ergonomic chair, includes access to unlimited high speed wifi internet and power plugs. Nearby to the local Library and Officeworks which offers a range of printing, scanning and other office needs.
The modern kitchen is set up for the ultimate foodie with local herbs, spices & condiments. KitchenAid toaster, kettle, utensils & frypans. Enjoy our beloved Breville Combi Wave - Air Fryer Microwave Oven. Melts chocolate & makes popcorn at the touch of a button!
Cozy on up on the gorgeous beige linen sofa and enjoy access to the new Samsung TV with a range of entertainment including Netflix, Stan, Disney & ABC platforms.
Indulge yourself and soak in the large bathtub that allows you to lay back and relax in the included bubble bath. Bathroom styled with soft towels and exclusive amenities.
Laundry facilities with washer & dryer include all detergent, stain remover and cleaning essentials.

Located in the North Tower is the large lap swimming pool, barbeque and heated bubbly spa that is truly divine in the evenings. Here we have a fully equipped gym with different weights, treadmills, and yoga mats etc. Visit the South Building poolside, spa, sauna and barbeque for a more secluded experience. Walk across the road to enjoy the Maroochy River and Cotton Tree beach ! Pool towels offered, please remember sun safety.
Facilities are open from 7am-9pm daily.
Other things to note
For our long term guests (28 days+) we offer complimentary fortnightly cleaning. Our lovely and safe on-site commercial cleaner Stef will refresh the linen, mop, vacuum etc. and refill any amenities you may need.

Enjoy this central location with walking distance to the local beach, pools, restaurants, cafes, boutiques and the vibrant Ocean Street nightlife. Walk further along to the Sunshine Plaza with cinema, arcade games, Myer & David Jones.
Drive further out to the Hinterlands and explore Maleny, Montville and Noosa for bush walks, waterfalls and sightseeing. Tourist attractions include the famous Australia Zoo, Wildlife HQ, and the Big Pineapple tree top challenge.
Getting around
The booking includes a free underground car parking spot that is safely secured. There is a visitors car parking space located on the ground floor for short-term use only.
To get around the neighbourhood, pedestrian walking access is suitable with plenty of attractions and resources nearby. There is a public bus service that takes you around the Sunshine Coast. Ubers are also readily available with transfers for both Brisbane and Sunshine Coast airports.
