Our villa offers a nice and relaxing place for families at an affordable price.
Rent an entire very private villa with a gorgeous swimming pool in a family-oriented residential neighbourhood. It has a great conservation view and outdoor space with a small pond.
This home is located in the community of Eagle Point on Poinciana Blvd. near the Walt Disney World Resort.
Spacious Villa with 4 bedrooms so nobody has to sleep on the sofa bed. Unfortunately, we can not allow more than 6 guests in the Villa and we do not allow visitors to stay overnight.
We understand sometimes you will have a guest vising you. Please let us know if anybody will be visiting you for a short duration in advance. We have an outside camera with recording to monitor the number of guests coming into the Villa. Sorry for the inconvenience but for your safety and ours, we have implemented it.
You will have access to the Pool with your standard reservation. If you would like the pool heated, extra charges apply. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
We take pride in providing a sanitized and clean home for each guest. Please ensure to inform the Host within 48 hours of arrival, if any issues with the cleaning of the house. Any concerns raised after that period will be not entertained and no money will be refunded.
