There are 2 double bedrooms one has a king size and the other a double , both have wardrobes . The bathroom is located between the bedrooms and has a large walk in shower . Quality bed linen , towels , shower gel , shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer are all
provided .
There’s a lovely east facing garden with comfortable furniture to enjoy your early morning coffee breakfast with Astro turf and a summerhouse that will shortly provide another relaxation area .
The property is on a housing estate north of the city close to the NDR , there’s allocated parking so if your coming via car you are just 15 minutes to the city and 13 mins to the broads and about 30 minutes to the coast so if you would like a base to benefit easy access to the city , broads and the coast this could be a great base for you .

Parking for 2 cars , there is a bus into the city not too faraway and local taxis will cost around £8/£10 into the city I’m
