The orchard is home to wild bunnies, families of quails , roadrunners , and multiple birds. Enjoy a renovated house with plenty of space. Our decorating style is modern mid century. With a great collection of furniture and art from the 50s to present day. Enjoy your nights and mornings on one of our outdoor covered or screened patios.
Jane’s Lane is situated in the middle of an amazing honey mesquite orchard. Over an acre of land with dozens of trees, giving guests a unique private oasis rarely experienced in the middle of the desert. You will have access to the main house, which includes a large master bedroom with a king bed and a large private bathroom. All of which have been renovated this year. Other areas in the main house include a renovated kitchen. A large renovated open space dining and living room. Two renovated guest rooms, one with a new queen bed and the other with a queen bed. Both were recently renovated. A newly renovated guest bathroom and new laundry room. Outside you will have a large covered front patio, a screened outdoor dining room, and a covered grilling area. You will have a large fenced yard with a central fire pit and seating area. My partner and I travel most of the year but when in town we stay in the live/work space located and detached at the back of the property and away from the house. Giving you plenty of privacy.

Guests have access to all areas of the property except the detached garage and live work space at the back of the property. Also the storage room off of the main bathroom and covered patio, is off limits.
We can also arrange shopping, tours, or extra concierge type services prior to your arrival or during your stay. Depending on the type of request, additional charges would apply.

We are located on the south side of town. Very quiet area. We are located only a couple blocks from the entrance to hundreds of miles of off-road trails. Some of the best in Nevada... We have plenty of parking for your off-road toys. We are about 45-60 minutes away from Red Rock, Las Vegas, and Death Valley. Snow can easily be reached by quick 20-minute 4x4 trails. Casinos, restaurants, shopping, and dining are all less than 10 minutes away.
Plenty of parking on the property for both cars and off-road vehicles. Vehicles are required to get around town. Though Lyft is available most days and nights until 9 pm.
