The beach is perfect for people who love to swim, snorkel, kite board, kayak, or just enjoy the white sand and clear waters. The home is comfortably outfitted with bed and bath linens, outdoor shower, all cooking utensils, posts/pans, dishes, and small appliances (blender, toaster, Kcup machine).
This is a 1000sqft private house on one acre of beachfront property. The home has 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite baths, living room, kitchen, and large screened in porch. Gas grill is available for cooking outdoors, as well as oven and stove in the kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with a microwave, Kcup coffee machine, toaster, and all pots/pans, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare great meals. Wifi, smart DVD player connected to TV and library of over 60 movies.
Guests have access to the whole house. This is a private rental and the guests will be the only people on the property during the rental period.
This house is on the island of Middle Caicos. The airport is on Providenciales. Guests will take a taxi from the airport to the ferry marina and have a 25 minute ferry ride to North Caicos and then a 45 minute drive to the house on Middle Caicos. The ferry ride and drive are a great opportunity to see some of the beautiful cays and shoreline of the islands. Car rental is available on North Caicos and they will bring the car to the ferry marina for you.

We recommend you stop at the IGA on Providenciales to pick up produce, meats and other groceries you may want before going to the ferry. Non perishable items, as well as milk, eggs, butter etc. are available on North Caicos at the stores, however there is a better selection of produce and meat in Providenciales. The taxi will take you to the store and wait while you shop, then take you to the ferry.
3. A rental car will be needed for travel on North and Middle Caicos. We recommend Al's Rental Car.
