A large cottage with an open plan lounge, TV, dining area, fireplace and well equipped kitchen. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. A covered verandah boasts spectacular sunrises, bird watching, buck and even our cows coming in to drink in the evenings.

Situated 15km from Nottingham Road, the area offers fishing, hiking, the Midlands Meander, and so much more!
