Central apartment, close to train, bus, hospital and the city

Cozy apartment with free parking in the middle of the city, in a quiet area. Few minutes walk to the bus, train, boat, city centre and the hospital. Free wifi and 2 workspaces. Perfect for bigger groups, students on gathering, commuters, fillers and people who need to stay close to the hospital. Exercise equipment available. There is a TV in both living rooms, one of which has a chromecast, the other has cable. All 3 bedrooms also have tv's with chromecast. No events or parties allowed in the apartment. You can use the entire apartment, besides the stalls outside the apartment itself, as well as a locked cupboard in the bedroom. The host has personal belongings in the apartment as we live here even when it is not rented. On 1 floor there is living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. In the ground floor there is a living room, a bedroom and a wc. In the basement living room there is some simple exercise equipment that can be used (knitwear, free weights and sling). Bicycle can be borrowed upon agreement. Smart bike roll with bicycle can be borrowed if the tenant is used to use such equipment. There are 2 workspaces, one in the living room on the ground floor and 1 in the basement living room, and free wifi, so perfect for home office and students. 1 free parking space in front of the garage, as well as street parking. 1 free parking in front of the garage, besides that there is parking in the street. Bus in parallel street every 10 minutes on day and night that goes to the airport. We have a cat called Mizzy who lives here, but she is not at home during rental, but it is still nice to know for people who are very allergic :)
