The space The suite is quite spacious, just under 1000 sq ft (93 sq mt) fully contained, and has a private entrance.
There is a king size Tempur-Pedic in the master bedroom with walk in closet, the second bedroom has a double bed. This second bedroom's window opens to the kitchen area, but it is still fully private.
The open plan living area has HD TV(Netflix, Prime, no cable), two leather sofas, a work desk area, and dining area.
Kitchen is fully equipped: gas range, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers, kettle, and an eating island with three bar stools.
Washer/Dryer, laundry soap, ironing board and iron. Bathroom has bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer.
There is an outdoor covered patio overlooking the backyard with dining table, and sitting area.
We are a 7 minute walk to the West Vancouver Aquatic Centre and Gym, restaurants, and cafes.

Other things to note The second (smaller) bedroom has 2 closets, one which houses the hot water tank, which has an intermittent fan and may disturb only the most sensitive ears, of all of our guests only one has mentioned it.
We live in the upper level of the house. The suite is the entire lower level. We are quiet, however on occasion you may be graced by the visit of our young and very active grandchildren, or noise on family get-togethers!
We also have our family business office in a separate building on the property so we are usually around...
Other items to note: There are 3 stairs with out a handrail and a garden flagstone path which access the front of our home. If you have mobility issues this may cause some difficulty. There are 7 stairs leading to the entrance door with a hand rail.
