This spacious 20'x 10' bedroom is the only room located downstairs Includes a Queen-size bed, a mini refrigerator, a spacious closet, a Keurig coffee maker, a large work desk, and a 65" mounted Smart TV and soundbar with a guest Netflix account included and a DVD player. (Other streaming subscriptions are also accessible). A steamer, iron, and ironing board are all available if needed. All rooms are equipped with smart locks or key locks and "Alexa" Echo devices and a dedicated work area with 1GB of Fiber Optic Internet throughout the entire house. Privacy solar screens are installed on all windows. Note: This room is limited to 1 guest. There are many nearby shopping malls, hospitals, restaurants, public parks, grocery stores, and a 15-minute walk to the Charlotte Bus line. Nearby interstates I-77, I-85, and 485. Parking is available on the right side of the driveway, nearest to the front door, as long as there is available space. However, please note that the left side of the driveway is reserved for the owner. To avoid any additional cleaning charges to your Airbnb account, please be cautious and refrain from parking in the driveway if your vehicle has any fluid leaks that could stain the driveway.
