This is a 1940's home with quirks and character. The staircase leading to the 2nd floor is steeper than a modern home, and not recommended for small children or the elderly.
Bend is home to the Elm Seed Bug, a harmless little bug similar to a fruit fly that sneaks into every crack and crevice in homes. You may see them here in the home, mostly hanging out on the windows. We employ sticky traps and professional pest control, but they do make their way in. Harmless, but a nuisance.

There are several other historic vacation rentals within a two block radius if you have friends who are visiting with you.
