The space is on top of a hill that is surrounded by beautiful nature with mountain, city and water views. Entrance to the Knockan Hill park is just 20 meters from the house through a catwalk. It is a forest like park where you can hike among tall pine trees and look at beautiful panoramic views.

The suite is well equipped with:
- Hair dryer, towels, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper
- All beddings & extra bedding for sofa bed, extra blanket, fans, clothes steamer
- Microwave, kettle, Brita water filter, coffee maker, coffee & tea, cookware (pots/pans), dishes/cups/bowls, utensils, a variety of spices, cooking oil, salt/peppers,....
- Laundry is available and inclusive for the suite to use in shared garage (detergent & fabric softener are provided).
There is a big spring free trampoline at the back for kids to play on.
The neighborhood is quiet and respectful so we would like to request the same from our guests. No parties please.

You will have private entrance to private suite with kitchen & dinning area, bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed & single bed and office area.
Parking is on the side of the house near the entrance of the suite at the rear. There is alternative parking on street in front of the house as well for larger vehicles. There is a smartlock system to the suite entrance at the back of the house.
Close access to all highways using Helmcken Rd., McKenzie Ave. and Wilkinson Rd.
