This includes, 5 large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, including one en-suite, each with a shower, and one with a bath. Would suit a max of 6 adults, 5 children. Separate children's and adult lounges, a huge playroom, laundry room, with a washing machine and drier, and fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine. Both the living rooms have flat screen tv’s, with Sky and Netflix The extensive garden is equipped with climbing frames, swings and a trampoline, as well as, an outdoor dining table, sofas, and BBQ. We offer early check in on request and will do everything we can to accommodate specific timings. High speed broadband / Wifi can be accessed in the whole house. The beautiful master room features a super king-size bed, with an original Edwardian fireplace. A further double bedroom has a king bed, with en-suite bathroom. Three further bedrooms feature two single beds a child’s bed, and a single high sleeper, with a child’s double sofa bed underneath. The house can easily and comfortably sleep up to 11 people including a cot ( available on request) with a maximum of 6 adults. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal (with the exception of two store rooms - where we keep our clothes / personal effects) .

The house is situated on a quiet residential road of Edwardian villas, in a conservation area in Lewisham, southeast London. Off-street parking is available on the drive. As the ideal area to enjoy a quiet sanctuary, but within a short journey to the centre of London. Grocery shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk away on the high street. Getting around We have a private driveway which can accommodate a single car, with additional free on-street parking also available. The main tourist sites of London can be reached in 15 minutes by rail, by the nearest rail station, a short walk away. Historic Greenwich and Blackheath Village can be reached in 15 min by bus, at the bus stops at the end of the road, 2-minute walk.
