A Quiet and safe neighbourhood in the heart of N Delta. We are a 10 minute walk to to transit that will take you to the Skytrain. Transit information available upon request. As well we are close to 2 rec centers, library, the Delta Nature reserve ( 5 min drive) and the watershed (10 minute drive).

From YVR Airport, take Highway 91 and drive over the Alex Fraser Bridge into Delta. Take the Nordel exit and travel up Nordel hill towards Surrey. Turn right onto 84th Avenue (first intersection). Turn right onto 110 Street. Turn left onto 83 Avenue. We are located at the end of the street.
From BC ferries Tsawwassen Ferries or USA: Head on highway 99 to Highway 91 towards the Alex Fraser Bridge. Turn right onto Nordel exit BEFORE the Alex Fraser Bridge. Turn right at the end of the off ramp (towards Surrey.) Travel up the Nordel hill. At 84th Avenue, turn right (first intersection). Turn right onto 110 Street. Turn left onto 83 Avenue. We are at the end of the street.
