1 Double and 2 Single bedrooms (all with own keys) available in quiet area in Beaumont, Dublin 9. Bus to and from airport is only a short walk away. 5km from city centre. Own bathroom. Larger single easily accommodates a second person on mattresses. There are 2 living rooms with TV's. Kitchen has cooker, airfryer, fridge, washing machine with dryer and a dishwasher. Central Heating. Very quiet neighbourhood. Excellent location to base your Dublin trip. Only sharing with me during stay and I am currently a superhost so I must be doing something right! The house is mainly carpeted throughout (kitchens, hall and bathrooms aside) and while is not modern has all of the basics required for a pleasant trip. The house will be cleaned before arrival but if you require something modern with spotless cleanliness this won't be for you!

A mature quiet estate. I have lovely neighbours. The walk to the bus stop is less than five minutes and you are within 10 minutes of the local supermarket
