Elevator and modern facilities. Big balcony with sky view and sun all day. I live in the top of the building (4th floor) but there is elevator to the top. The garden surrounding my home is peaceful, quiet and safe. There are barbecue available, dogs can play free in the small football arena and neighbors are sweet and welcoming.
