The space
A spacious great room and open concept with large dining table that fits everyone. River rock wood burning fireplace leads to beautiful wood beams and cathedral ceilings. Large picture windows provides for sun all day. Multiple levels create nice space for everyone to get away from it all. Roast marshmallows over the fire pit in the spacious yard during summer and keep warm in the winter with your choice of a wood or gas fireplace. Wood beams, vaulted ceilings, and large picture windows create the most sublime mountain vacation.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, including the one car garage, rec room, hot tub, etc.
Other things to note
Please note that our cabin is in the woods and susceptible to significant amounts of snowfall. AWD or better yet, 4WD is a MUST and snow tires or access to tire chains is highly recommended during the winter months.
Neighbourhood Description
While just ten minutes to main street Breckenridge, this neighborhood provides an amazing tranquil getaway.
Getting around
Personal vehicle access works best. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is mandatory in the winter and snow tires are preferred. The shuttle to Breckenridge can be caught about 1/2 mile away but only runs a few times a day.
You have access to the one car garage. There is only room for three additional vehicles in the driveway, especially in the winter with the snow. Street parking is prohibited in the area and strictly enforced.
The garage is short and cannot accommodate longer or taller vehicles like Suburban’s and pickups. It’s perfect though for small to medium sized SUVs.
