In the heart of the Riviera Maya, 15-min south of the Cancun International Airport, on the south side of the charming town of Puerto Morelos, modern one-bedroom condo with great amenities. Amazing location, to enjoy all Puerto Morelos has to offer. Close to the beach, restaurants, cafés, supermarket and town square. The space Modern condo equipped for your comfort to feel at home. One closed bedroom (King size bed) & 42" RokuTV, sofa bed in living room (ideal for two children or one or two small adults), 55" TV(Netflix), wireless internet, functional kitchen, large fridge with ice maker. Decorated like a modern hotel suite, with cotton sheets and duvet, memory foam top mattress, so you can rest comfortably. The condo is part of an 11 condo building that includes a roof top pool patio with views of the turquoise Caribbean ocean on one side and the jungle on the other. The condo is on the ground floor, but above street level (there is one small flight is stairs at entrance of building). In addition, the building has an underground parking (first come first served) and a washer and dryer on the rooftop. There is also lots of free parking on the street. Located at the back of the building with a private terrace that includes a dining table, lounge chairs, BBQ & hammock. Amazing ocean views from the rooftop pool. Connect your favorite music to the Bluetooth speakers. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, small electric oven, 2 electric stove top burners, stainless steel pots and pans, blender and electric kettle. Full size fridge with ice maker and cold water dispenser. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as pool/beach towels for your stay. There are 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella you may use during your stay. To ease your arrival, we also provide shampoo, soap, bath gel, toilet paper, paper towels and drinking water. You may find extra of your favorite brands at the Chedraui supermarket very close by. There is a blow-dryer and an iron and ironing board in the condo. *COVID Testing: If you need testing to return to your country, we can help you coordinate this. We use a certified laboratory for our guests that comes to the condo to perform tests and provide results the same day so you don't have to stress about this. Ask us for details. *TV: There is a 55 inch smart TV in the living room with Netflix and a 42 inch Roku TV in the bedroom. * WATER: A big purified water jug "garafon" is provided at your arrival. If you require extra water during your stay, you can contact us to make arrangements to have more water delivered. * INTERNET: There is high speed fibre optic wireless internet in the condo (Telmex). *TELEPHONE: There is a telephone in the condo with unlimited calls to Mexico, USA and Canada. No calls to other countries. * SAFE: There is a safe in the condo. * TOURS, AIRPORT TRANSFERS & TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: We use SunnyJourney Tours to offer our guests excursions/tours and airport transportation at discounted prices during their stay. Puerto Morelos, Q.R., Mexico The suite is ideally located in the town of Puerto Morelos, a small charming Mexican village that welcomes many tourists, but away from the busy tourist areas such as Cancun or Playa. Puerto Morelos is located in front of the second largest coral reef in the world and one of the top spots for snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing. We are only 15 minutes from the Cancun International airport, and half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Its locaton is ideal if you want to visit diferent sites or attractions in the Riviera Maya or Cancun. The condo has an excellent location, right across the beach with an entrance steps away. You can walk everywhere in Puerto Morelos, there is a supermarket, cafes and restaurants very close by and you can also walk to the Town Square, typical of small towns, where you will find arts & craft vendors, food, entertainment and a playground for kids. There is also a catholic church by the town square. Getting around Inside Puerto Morelos, you can walk to beach, supermarket, restaurants, cafes etc., it’s a small town and you do not need a car to get around. If you want to leave Puerto Morelos, there are taxis, public transportation (colectivos) or you can rent a car.
