The space
There are two bedrooms both with beautiful Kingsize beds,(USA Queens) side tables and a chest of drawers. A place to hang clothes and a luggage rack. We provide linen and towels and the basics to help improve your stay. There is also a hairdryer in each room and a full length mirror. The first bedroom faces the town, The second bedroom has a sea view in the distance. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an integrated fridge/freezer, cooker, fan, microwave, kettle and toaster, washing machine and a Nespresso Coffee machine and Milk Aeroccino.
Entertainment is provided by a smart TV with Netflix.( no television channels) There is a small selection of books about Scotland and novels, and also some games.
There are two Sonos speakers should you wish to listen to your own music while feeling total relaxation with our aromatherapy diffuser.
There is an ironing board, iron and clothes horse as well as a vacuum cleaner. Every electrical item has passed a PAT test for safety so you can feel assured that you are in a safe environment
You will be renting the entire apartment and have full access to all rooms and amenities. The heating is electric panel heaters set for your comfort. There is information on the town for you and everything you need to find your way around including a map of Oban.
We will provide you with Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Bread to get you started . Also liquid hand wash and hand moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen rolls , cleaning products and toilet rolls.
We ask you to be considerate of our neighbours by keeping noise levels down between 11pm and 8am. Shoes are to be removed in the apartment at all times due to our beautiful wooden floors.

Having had a love of L.S Lowry's work since the age of five, it seemed appropriate for our exciting venture to be named "The Lowry" giving me an excuse to indulge in his paintings. Set in a quiet location just a five minute walk to all public transportation and amenities it is the perfect place to relax while being close enough to all shops, restaurants and things to do in Oban town centre. The Lowry is special and it has been renovated with no expense spared for you to enjoy.

The apartment is situated in a great spot close to all public amenities, the sports centre, cinema, all bars and restaurants and in a good location for all activities within the area. The apartment is up 1 flight of stairs and is therefore not suitable for everyone. We do not accept pets, loud music unregistered guests, and smoking is not permitted in the entire building. Please be considerate of our neighbours, especially between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
Getting around
The apartment is a pleasant short, five-minute walk into the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Everything is very close by, including taxis and local busses, the ferry terminal, and train station. and somewhere to hire a car. There are numerous places to eat, have a drink or relax over a coffee. There are 2 beaches one is just a short 5 min away, the other slightly further but well worth the 15 min drive. Oban is the complete holiday destination where you will find something to suit everyone .!
