Unit B on second floor - Spacious 1200 ft condo, 2 bed/2 bath. Located on canal/water and across the street from beach! Chairs and table on back deck so you can enjoy your coffee or cocktail while watching the dolphins and wildlife in canal looking for breakfast or dinner as well as enjoying the beautiful sunrises or sunsets. The back deck can be accessed from livingroom or master bedroom. Has a fully stocked kitchen including childrenware. We include a bathroom and kitchen starter pack as well as basic cleaning supplies. In livingroom, has sectional sofa with pullout bed and two recliners as well as an oversized recliner. Streaming TVs located in livingroom as well as in both bedrooms. There is seating to eat at kitchen bar as well as kitchen table. Each bedroom has a nice size closet, with the master bedroom closet having double the closet space.
Guests will have access to entire condo with exception of two small owner closets.

Located on the quieter end of St. Andrews across the street from the beach. This end of beach is less crowded with tourists, but still has all the entertainment, restaurants and shopping as well. Condo located directly on canal/water. Condo complex is a quiet gated community with lighted parking in front of condo. Very nice area for families or couples.
You can drive your car to areas further away, but always nice to walk to places that are closer as you never know when you may find a unique place to stop that you may have missed if in a car, such as the nearby ice cream shop that has rolled up ice cream. Yummy! A definite must for children as well as adults! (located across street from Wendy's at stoplight.)
