We have 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths available with a huge kitchen and dining room for making wonderful memories, and a breakfast area for overlooking the backyard and river. Two queen bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combo located upstairs with a family game collection for your use. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a twin trundle bed that converts to two twins side by side, or put together as a kingsized bed, if needed. That bedroom had an electric fireplace for warmth or ambience. The living room has seating for 8 comfortably around the electric fireplace or 65” tv. Downstairs is also a half bath.
We have air mattresses available, by request, to extend the sleeping arrangements to 10, however, these would be set up and added in to the areas described above.
Our property will be reserved just for you, our guests. This includes 1.74 acres and a beautiful creek with access to the river.
Every area photographed is included in your rental. Since this is our family’s home when not booked, we do have a few owners closets and bedroom that are locked and inaccessible.
We do have a laundry room available for guests who stay a week or more!

Our property is on The West Fork of the Red River in a planned community. This is a safe, family friendly neighborhood. We have wildlife viewing in the back yard and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. It is only 3 miles to the interstate, 6 miles to Fort Campbell, and 9 miles to Austin Peay State University.
We have plenty of parking spaces in a large driveway that will hold 4 large SUVs, if needed. It is accessible with Uber type car share services, as well.
