This home is the ideal vacation destination! Tastefully decorated, 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom home with a heated pool (pool heat for additional $35/day fee from September-May, pool heat is free during the summer), lanai, and fenced in back yard. Located in quiet Venice (South Venice neighborhood) just minutes from downtown Venice with all its restaurants, shops, outdoor cafes and beaches. There is a large open concept living space in the middle of the house with a spacious living room, large dining area, and well appointed kitchen with granite countertops. Large 65” Smart TV that is Netflix and Amazon Prime ready (just log into your account during your stay). Home has WiFi and high speed internet as well as a laundry room. There is also a bonus private screened in porch off the living room with outdoor patio furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. One of the bathrooms is also conveniently accessible from the pool area and the house.
