The bedrooms are furnished with brand new memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, serving ware, spices and condiments. You have everything needed if you choose to prepare your meals at home. The living room has a brand new sectional sofa, space for a queen-sized air mattress, and the room can be closed off with sliding pocket doors if needed. The maximum sleeping capacity is 4 adults. The maximum guest allowed on property (even if they are not sleeping there) is 8. This is not a party house, no large gatherings, loud music, or excessive noise please. The home has wonderful neighbors on both sides & our guests must respect them please. This unit has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The property is protected by a security system that features electronic key-less entry on all doors, monitored alarm, and cameras covering the home's exterior. The front porch has dusk to dawn floodlights and the courtyard has string lights that make enjoying the courtyard at night possible. The courtyard has a tree swing under a canopy of two sprawling Oak trees.
You will have full exclusive (private) access to the front unit, 2BR/1BA, plus shared use of the outdoor alleyway and courtyard.
A separate 1BR/1BA unit (duplex) at the back of the home is not included in this rental, and may be occupied by other guests.
