Elective at the Civic Hospital?

This is one of two rooms we rent to the medical community and occasionally working adults who are out of the house during working hours. We are a 15 minute walk from the Ottawa Heart Institute! We try to provide all the comforts you will need: a queen bed, dresser for storage clothing, closet with hangers, air conditioner, heater and a small refrigerator. There is another rented room across the hall from you on the upper level of the house and the two rooms share the main floor bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen minus our refrigerator/freezer. You may access laundry in the basement at an agreed upon time - usually weekends work best for us! Please note the main floor living room and office are not shared space.

We live in a charming war time neighbourhood built around 1950. Many of the homes are 1.5 storey but several are being renovated to expand young families. It is a tree lined neighbourhood that is close to the Experimental farm. Shoppers Drug Mart is a few steps away and is open 24 hours a day - they carry some food. Food Basics is less than a km away away. There are bus stops nearby on Carling Uber
