My house is located 7 minutes from Arnhem Center, Arnhem CS, bus stops and Sonsbeek Park.
Rabbit Theo is also present in the apartment.
Check in = flexible between 11:00 and 21:00 but these times are not always available due to my job. Ask for this when you make a booking request, check-in time is always in consultation. check out at 11am

The space
This location is so perfect, close to the shopping center, train station, park. ( all in a 5 minute walk ).
Close to the HAN, ArtEZ and Gelredome. *fast internet*
*note: When you choose my house to spend your night at, I will also be around. You can sleep in my bedroom, and I will sleep in the living room. That is not a problem at all for me. I've done this many times since I've started this Airbnb thing (as my many reviews show you).
This does mean that the kitchen and living room are OFF LIMITS for guests between 9pm and 7:30am (9am on weekends).
When I'm home I'll sit on the sofa, working on my laptop. That is why the sofa is not available for guests.
I might also be interested in doing a 'house swap' with other Airbnb hosts. Preferably in a city/town with good public transport access. The swap does not have to be at the same time for me.
Guest access
Everything I do when I live here. Washer available at a 5+ day stay.
I'll do the washing for you. Washings can dry on a rack in the living room or outside on my balcony.
The kitchen and living room are available to use between 7:30am and 9pm. (and 9am and 9pm on weekends).
My pet bunny Theo -who lives in the house- will be in your care then I am not there. He will require food, water and petting on a daily basis :).
I have "blok verwarming", heating in my home that I cannot always control. In my living room it is always between 18 and 21,5 degrees and in the bedroom it is about 17 degrees. Because it is a small space, closing the window is enough to make it warmer. There are also extra blankets available.
In the 13 years that I live here I have never turned on the heating myself since it's not needed.
There is no dining room table available, this is my bureau where I work. When I am not home, you can use this workstation too. When I am home, I use it myself.

Arnhem is "Bitcoin friendly" so are you a Bitcoin enthusiast you must feel right at home. You can pay with the currency in 40+ shops/restaurants/bars.
Getting around
The location is perfect, in 5 minutes you are in the center, park, and Arnhem CS. Also close to the HAN (a few minutes by bus, pick-up point = close by and a 15-minute walk to ArtEZ).
