The space is very clean and comfortable. This is a 1 bedroom with a queen bed that has an adjustable base and a Purple brand mattress. There is also a queen size inflatable mattress if there are more than 2 guests. The kitchen is full stocked with all pots, pans and utensils. There is a coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer provided. The refrigerator provides ice and filtered water. There is a microwave as well as a toaster. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for guests to use. There is laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets for guests to use. Guests have access to the full unit, front and back yard. Owners have a dog that can either be allowed to share the backyard with guests or leave the backyard private for guests only. He is super friendly and love for you to say hello! We do understand that everyone does not love dogs as much as we do, so please let us know if you would prefer for us to keep him inside.
