Other things to note Pets allowed. Must be announced at booking. Pet policy: Maximum 2 dogs. $50/night/dog. $250 refundable security deposit per dog. When a host clicks that pets can stay, Airbnb’s default is 5 pets, and they only have a per stay fee, which doesn’t work when the stay is multiple days or weeks. Because of that, we have implemented our Dog Agreement (contract), which guests must complete and sign a copy of. Restrictions: no puppies under 1 year, dogs must be spayed or neutered, dogs must be well behaved on leash, and owners must agree to keep dogs on leash whenever they are outdoors unless they have requested supervised loose time in the dressage arena paddock. If you clean up after your dog(s) and there are no damages, we will refund 100% of the deposit.
