With a hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, Foosball table, mini-basketball arcade game, and even nine smart TVs-- everyone is sure to have fun!
The space The vaulted great room has huge windows that overlook the Fall River, farm lands, and the Grand Tetons in the distance. Big, high end luxury newly built cabin with 7 bedroom areas, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 1 kitchen, 1 mini-bar, office loft, outdoor deck and the fire pit. We also have two sets of washer-dryers, water softener, steam shower, and 12 beds and 17 sleeping spaces. Come celebrate your occasion or simply to relax in a peaceful quiet setting with beautiful mountain and farmland views. Well manicured yard with grass and a fire pit area outdoors to gather. Firewood is provided and BBQ Grill will have a filled propane tank.
Guest access All of cabin except for a few locked storage closets with supplies and cabinets in garage. ALL GARAGE EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS are owner's personal property.
Other things to note **No drugs. No smoking. No pets.

-Guests who smoke either in the residency or outside on the property will be asked to vacate the property immediately. We do not want the smoke smell because of allergies and health. It also presents a fire danger inside and outside which we do not desire.
- PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly does not mean the area is child-proof. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions at all times.
- Please do not rearrange the large furniture.
- If you would like to host a personal or corporate event, please inquire with us before reservation to discuss details and expectations. If the event results in extra cleaning or damages, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Guests who become overly intoxicated, inebriated, and/or who become disruptive will be asked to vacate the property.
- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community and not a hotel, please be respectful of the property.

Cabin is located near farm land and Fall River. There are two other cabins about a 1/2 mile away. The cabin sits on a 6 acre lot. The cabin is about 10 minutes outside of the city of Ashton, Idaho. Beautiful Mesa Falls is 17 miles (28 minutes driving time). Island Park, Idaho is 27 miles (33 minutes driving time).
Yellowstone National Park is about 60 miles (1 hour 10 minutes driving time) to West Yellowstone, Montana. Jackson Hole, Wyoming near Grand Teton National Park is 60 miles (1 hour 33 minutes driving time).
