Bedroom 1: Large master Bedroom with King Bed on first floor, master bathroom with shower, toilet and double vanity. Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, second floor, sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3: King Bed, second floor, sleeps 2.
Jack & Jill bathroom between bedroom 2 and 3 with shower/tub, toilet.
Bedroom 4: Full Bed over 2 Twin Beds (up to 2 kids or 1 adult on the upper level), 2 Twin Beds. Sleeps up to 6.
Half bathroom on first floor.
Living Space:
Plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining area with wood burning stove fireplace and a 65" Smart TV.
Essentials Provided:
Our kitchen is equipped with new appliances. Commerical Ice maker with 33 lb storage bin, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, blender, Margaritaville Frozen Concotion Maker, pots/pans, flatware, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, wine fridge and rack, grilling utensils. Our coffee bar has a Keurig with pods, creamer, sugar.
Linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, body soaps, shampoo/conditioner. Also provided are toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent. A Walmart is nearby if you need additional items for your stay.
Patio/Dock:
There is plenty of patio seating available on the porch along with a grill and propane. On the new dock, there are two separate dining areas. One area with seating up to 6. The other dining area with seating up to 4. Large umbrella and two Adirondack chairs. Catfish feeder and green light for fishing. Covered boat slip for one boat.
Boat: One boat is allowed to park at the covered boat slip. There are two waterfront marinas within 10 minutes from the house that rent boats, pontoons, jet skies, etc. You may also launch your own boat and park your boat trailer at each of those marinas. Guests are not allowed to bring their boats/trailers into the April Sound Subdivision.
Parking:
Up to five vehicles at this property. There is a covered carport and up to 4 additional spaces in the driveway. The garage will not be accessible to guests.
