The space Cozy creekside cottage tastefully decorated and with all the comforts of home. Please note there is no dishwasher.
Guest access The first floor of the cottage is for guest use. There are stairs to the second story attic, but we require that you please limit use of the premises to the first floor.
Other things to note If there is snow present in the area, please check in with me before booking, as you may need a 4WD vehicle to access the property.
There have been bear sightings on the property. Please be bear aware. Do not venture off the property into the adjoining forest.
There are occasional power outages. We have bottles of water and emergency lanterns available, and a wood stove for heat should this occur.
Our water source is from the creek which originates from an artesian well. Water is filtered for sediment and exposed to UV light to kill bacteria. Drinking water is accessed from the filtered water spout next to the kitchen sink. This water is additionally triple filtered. If you have concern for the water purity, please bring your own bottled water.
There are dangers inherent in accessing a waterway. Your rental of this location holds you in agreement that attempting to or accessing the creek on the property is at your own risk, and holds the property owner free of all liability for injury or harm.
