The space This tiny home is 324sf, has a loft with a queen bed and a dresser, a kitchen with a tall bar for eating or working, a cozy living room with a large flat screen TV, bathroom with shower and tiny sink, and washer/dryer. The outside has a hammock, firepit and 2 adirondack chairs with an icemaker and a tiny fridge.

Other things to note This is a 3/4 acre property (2 lots) with this tiny home and another small home on it. There are lots of trees and a beautiful view of the bay. The road noise can be loud at times during the beach season especially. But You are just 15 minutes across the bridge to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico! There is a family that lives behind the property that has a dog which can bark at times.
