The driveway is gated for privacy. Around the corner and at the top of the knoll you see the large shop, and then the gorgeous views. The home sits behind the knoll for privacy. This is a well-kept abode and it's ready to relax and enjoy. It has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and has very large living, dining and kitchen areas! Newer, wood laminate flooring! After dinner, you can sit out on the covered porch and enjoy the panoramic views. A very large carport is attached to the home along with plenty of parking for motorcycles, bikes, ATV's and more.
No pets, smoking or vaping due to chronic allergies and extra cleaning costs. $250 fee for non-compliance.
