Welcome to the Pad! This is your home away from home right in the hustle and bustle of New Paltz! The Pad is a recently re-imagined apartment with mid century modern charm! Located right in the village, the pad sleeps 4 on one queen bed and one memory foam pull out sofa. The bathroom is beautifully modern and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking! The apartment (located 1 flight up) is completely yours and has a private entrance! We provide window AC units during the summer months.
Guest access The upstairs apartment is all yours. One bedroom, one bath, living room with pull-out sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, and a seasonal screened-in porch.
Other things to note Our super lives on-site in separate apartment.
If you are coming from the city, I recommend the NY Trailways bus that goes direct between Port Authority bus terminal in NYC and New Paltz. I like the bus because it is direct and if not in traffic is only 95 minutes and drops you off at a 5 min walk from the pad! It’s about $25 each way-
Nerdy Bus Pro Tips: There are a lot of buses during rush hour and usually plenty of capacity. Check the schedules online by selecting the date or give them a call (they actually pick up the phone). Keep in mind it is first come first served so you could get bumped if the bus is super full. So get to the station a bit early to buy a ticket and queue for the bus (tickets bought in person are valid in either direction for any schedule... online tickets are actually schedule specific even tho they can bump you if it’s too busy). The gate in port authority is usually 32, downstairs.
