Stocked kitchen, spices, coffee. Lawsonia golf course is 13 minutes away. Soda's Farm Market 3 minutes away.
The space Well behaved dogs allowed but cannot be left unattended in the yard. Ask in advance for approval if you have more than 2 dogs. No dogs with separation anxiety unless you’re never leaving them alone. Dogs must be potty trained. Cottage has one full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Driveway has new asphalt and cannot be used to park. Street parking is available in front of the house. Renters will not have access to the garage.

Dollar General, Crossroads Market (grocery store), gas station located 15 minutes on Co Rd A & WI-23. You can buy pretty much anything there, including charcoal, firewood, ice, and other supplies.
Dollar Tree in Ripon is 20 minutes away. On that same street you will have Ace Hardware, fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas.
Guest access Everything except the garage. Driveway fits 4 cars, street parking allowed but not recommended due to large boats hauled that need a lot of street space.
Other things to note Dogs only, no cats. Additional fees may apply. If you have more than 2 dogs, you must first send a message without booking as I need to preapprove, and additional fees may apply. Please bring beach towels, sunscreen, and mosquito spray. Towels provided are for indoor use only.
