We're currently looking for a long-term Airbnb exchange of 1-6 months. The hosting partner should be willing to continue our Airbnb business of the two on-site units. Of course, we would be willing to do the same. We have a dog and a cat. The house needs someone who is practical, uncomplicated and "on-hands" as there are often things to fix and a pool to take care of.
Living on a paradise island in Thailand certainly has its perks and advantages, but it can be intellectually underwhelming in the long term. We're therefore looking to stay in one of the world's metropoles, Iceland, the Balkan, South Africa or Nigeria.

This listing is for the entire 117 sqm Honeymoon Bungalow featuring 2 bedrooms with 1 King and 2 Single Beds. Enjoy the private bathroom with ceiling shower and bathtub. The bedrooms are connected either through the bathroom or via a narrow corridor. Additionally, you have a spacious private sea-view terrace with outdoor shower and separate entrance. The property tranquility and serenity, with no noise from traffic or neighbors
Sandy Beach access with beach restaurants is within 5min walk via our beach access
Other things to note
When you book you agree to the following:
• We are a homestay, not a hotel
• I’m always willing to help wherever I can, but there is no concierge service
• We are eco-friendly and discourage guests from leaving AC on when not in the room or windows are open
• To promote an eco-friendly lifestyle, we reduced rates by 200B and instead charge utilities separately
• For longer stays, weekly cleaning service is compulsory provided at cost
• Not suitable for those with difficulty climbing stairs or toddlers
• Bedrooms are interconnected
• Shared infinity pool is on lower terrace
• There is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates and cutlery, but no full kitchen
• We employ regular pest control service to keep mosquitoes and bugs at bay. However, being in a tropical zone and close to nature, an occasional encounter cannot be completely ruled out
• No unauthorized or unregistered guests
• Please no indoor smoking
• Quiet hours after 10pm
