1)Unfortunately, our community rules prohibit rental units from allowing pets to join, or we can be fined. So we cannot make exceptions to our No Pets policy. If you are found to have a pet during your stay, your security deposit will be charged, and you will either have to board the pet or depart without refund. However, do note that while here, you may see dogs on the community property, as the rules do allow the Owners of units to have pets. If while onsite, you see an Owner walking their dog, we wanted you to understand why.

3)You must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. Exceptions may apply for married couples over 21. Anyone in your party under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or a guardian.
