The area is a beautiful new area with lots of modern architecture and water: swimming! You can use our 2 bikes & 2 SUP-boards. As well as our garden.
The space It's a private studio with it's own entrance. There is a big kingsize bed, (2x 90 cm) and a convertible couch (1.40 cm). Also a fridge, coffee, tea, bread toaster and a blender There is a microwave to heat food. The studio is part of our family home. We are always here to help or advise you! Also you can occasionally hear sounds of us living here:() Unfortunately, there's no stove for cooking anymore (not allowed by the city council.) There is a microwave, a toaster, a tosti-maker and a blender.l

During your stay We can give you tips where to go and we can do laundry for you of you need it.
Other things to note The private studio is inside our family home, so occasionally you can hear some sounds of us living here (footsteps, voices etc.) coming from our side:() SMOKING is NOT allowed!!! And it's not possible to cook on a stove. There is a microwave, a toaster, a tosti-maker and a blender.

Neighbourhood Description
In summer: bring your bikini!! IJburg is a very cool new area near the center, made up of islands. It is surrounded by water. In front of our house you can swim, surf, sail or ice-skate. And you can use our 2 SUP boards!! Grocery shopping = 5 minute walk. Tram stop = 5 minute walk. Tram 26 to City Center takes 12 minutes. A lot of experimental architecture can be found on our island: Steigereiland. There are also some restaurants and bike rentals around here.
