The space
Welcome to Close Enough, our Perdido Bay Villas townhouse. Whether describing how close you are to the beach or how close you were to a hole-in-one, Close Enough is perfectly situated for your next gulf coast stay.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there's room for the gang to spread out. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, 50 inch TV and ensuite bath. Both upstairs bedrooms have 50 inch TVs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two double beds.
For some beach time, there are beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as a towel drying rack on the patio and swimsuit drying hooks in the upstairs shower.
For a cozy night in you'll find a 75 inch TV in the great room, dozens of DVD's, an entertainment center with an electric fireplace and a dining table to seat 6-8 guests. If some in your group are feeling a little competitive, there's a poker set, an XBox One console with games, and several board games. And for the really dedicated ones who work while on vacay, there's a spacious desk with a lamp and 27 inch monitor with an HDMI cable in the sunroom.
For the chef of the group there's a fully equipped kitchen including a crockpot, Ninja blender, hand mixer, pots and pans, baking sheets, as well as a charcoal grill on the patio. On the coffee bar, we've included a variety of K cups, sugar, sweeteners and creamers as well as hot chocolate and an assortment of teas.
