Welcome to No7 our Luxury Townhouse in central Stamford. Located just a few minutes walk from the heart of Historic Stamford's shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes
We love staying in Stamford, so we have created a comfortable & cosy house, a Victorian 2 bedroom property, located in a lovely neighbourhood. Recently fully renovated, creating a space for you to relax & enjoy yourself
Everything you need for a fabulous break, fresh milk in the fridge, flowers, Nespresso machine, crisp cotton sheets
The space
Our house has a relaxing sitting room with Smart TV, high-speed broadband, a lovely dining room with table for 4 over looking the courtyard garden and a seating area.
KITCHEN
A brand new, fully fitted kitchen with (Nespresso Machine, washing machine, large Bosch fridge/freezer, air fryer and microwave).
Breakfast
Various items will be left for you including fresh milk, granola, porridge oats, pain au chocolat.

BEDROOMS
Upstairs is a large bedroom with a top of the range John Lewis memory foam kingsize mattress, ample wardrobe and storage space.
A second double bedroom with double bed.

A modern bathroom with power shower and toiletries provided. Bath towels, hand towels together with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash.

The townhouse is entirely for your use, accessible via it’s own front door.
Other things to note
PARKING - Free on street parking is available after 4pm until 10am the following morning or for a max of 2 hours during the daytime.
North Street pay & display car park is available for parking all day/overnight and is a very short walk (150 metres) from the property.
