Neighbourhood Description
The neighborhood of Hampton Lakes is quiet and pretty. Upon entering, the tree-lined street will soon bring you to our house on the left, just before a circle that leads to the community playground area. There are many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores in the area, with new ones being built all the time. A 2-minute drive either north or south on route 27 will get you to a Publix (grocery store+) while a few more minutes north will bring you to Cagen's Crossing, where you'll find a Walmart Superstore, Lowe's, and many restaurant choices from fast food to sit down. Even closer, there is a soft-serve ice cream place about a mile north on route 27 for those who appreciate a sweet treat! (They have hard ice cream, too!) There is also a new Chipotle, along with multiple Starbucks within a mile north on 27.
